Saku Koivu, Teemu Selanne and Bobby Ryan powered Anaheim to a shootout win courtesy Nick Bonino’s shootout winner.  St. Louis jumped out to a 3-1 lead, but the Ducks came back in the second before making efficient use of their shots, and a few key saves by Viktor Fasth.

Guest: Author Brian Kennedy, a Duck Calls favorite since the show’s 2006 start.  Kennedy’s trilogy, Growing Up Hockey, Living the Hockey Dream and My Country is Hockey, is a great series which you should definitely read.

    I love how Saku Koivu play the game this year. Viktor Fasth is definitely an incredible find. I never thought the Ducks would find such a good start. To play better for the average …

    Gauthier, you are exactly right. Koivu and Sellane are playing like they’re ten years younger, Viktor is off to a Fasth start at 7-0-0 and Sheldon Souray and Francois Beauchemin lead the league with a +13. It’s a good time to be a Ducks fan.
